Support analog and digital circuit design through analysis and simulation
Develop novel procedures for reverse engineering of new component types
Supervise the manufacturing and installation of computer-related equipment and components
Design, research, develop new computer equipment, and creating new hardware
Make models of new hardware designs, and testing those models
Develop new hardware designs from concept through production to certification and testing into mass production stage while maintaining existing designs to improve performance
Develop system and board level architectural design and low level embedded software support
Required Skills
Degree in related discipline from an accredited educational institution
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong professional experience on consumer electronics design throughout the full product life cycle from product design, verification/validation to manufacturing, testing support, and certification
Strong Experience designing and manufacturing hardware
Proven experience working in a high-pressured, deadline-driven, start-up environment with strong multitasking capabilities to juggle competing demands
Strong critical and creative problem solving skills complimented by excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle stress well and to assist team members in managing their workloads
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required to effectively collaborate with team members, discuss ideas, provide feedback and share knowledge
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work activities, to completion, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
Ability to work effectively inside a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Ability to effectively navigate dynamic requirements and priorities
Strong organization skills, dependability, pro-active, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail
