Graphic Designer

• Creates and produces all graphic design materials ensuring creative vision is applied and respects the brand image, positioning and strategy
• Graphic and design for various projects and campaigns to be used via different communication channels such social media, newsletters and website
• Translate the vision and the emerging trends as they pertain to the assigned product line by developing a wide variety of designs, colors, prints and patterns
• Formatting / creation of various documents and marketing material according to standard corporate guidelines
• Advise on best strategies to reach particular goal and audience
• Implement strategies for content aggregation & syndication, social media messaging, and alignment with off-site presentations
• Bring new applications and design ideas to the team that are relevant for the brand
• Collaborate to develop creative typographic and layout solutions
• Design innovative apparel artworks that are aligned with the overall seasonal design direction
Required Skills
• Degree in related discipline from an accredited educational institution
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding and past experience with designing for web and other digital mediums
• Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, CS5+, Dreamweaver.
• Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles
• Thorough understanding of production terminology and pre-press requirements for preparing digital files
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work activities, to completion, while meeting or exceeding deadlines
• Ability to work effectively inside a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Ability to effectively navigate dynamic requirements and priorities
• Strong organization skills, dependability, pro-active, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail
